These are specialty labs which can only be purchased with your physician's referral. There is an additional $25 kit fee for any specialty labs for additional testing, in addition to the cost of the lab itself, whether we recommend, have you order, or we order 1 kit vs 4 etc., 
a fee of $25 applies and will be collected at the time of your appointment.
